Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured through Shopify checkout.

Subscriptions & billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle (typically every 30 days) at the price shown at signup until you cancel.
• You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date; changes apply to future charges, not charges already made.
• Promotional or first-order discounts apply only as described and may not combine with other offers.

Referral program

• Members receive a referral link and may earn commission and points when referred friends subscribe, as described on the site.
• Commission is earned only on completed, paid orders and may be reversed if the underlying order is refunded or cancelled.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, and other abuse are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.
• We may change the program terms, commission rates, or payout methods, or end the program, at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Death by Tea or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
