Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders ship on your recurring cadence. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method.
• Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

International

Where international shipping is offered, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email hey@deathbytea.com with your order number within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
