Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not happy with your first order, contact us at hey@deathbytea.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Subscription cancellations

• You can cancel, pause, or skip anytime from your account before your next billing date.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already been billed and shipped.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Shopify. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
