OK, so let’s talk cookies, and sadly it’s not the edible kind, soz. Like most websites, our website uses cookies to collect information, such as browsing and purchasing behaviour, pages viewed, products purchased and the customer journey around the site. In addition to this, cookies are also used for technical purposes, such as to aid the functionality of the website. When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, it’s useful in terms of understanding how visitors are using the website as well providing statistics for us view and analyse. Rest assured, this information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about stuff that we think might be interesting to you or to contact you if we need to obtain or provide you with some extra information. We absolutely do not share your personal details with other organisations or businesses, it’s all above board.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver out newsletter. We gather statistics around e-mail opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to newsletters whenever you fancy, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of the e-mails or contact us at and we’ll sort it out for you.

When you buy a product from, we retain a digital copy of the order and the information contained within (your name, delivery address, e-mail and contact number) is used purely to fulfil your order and record the transaction should we need to refer to it at a later date. The only time we may share your details is for the fulfilment of an order or transaction. For example, purchases made through are processed via Stripe and parcels are delivered with Royal Mail. It is necessary to share your details with these affiliates in order to complete the transaction successfully, and by placing an order, you are agreeing to this. Please be assured that this information is treated as fully confidential and aside from this, or unless required by law, we never release your personal details to third parties for mailing or marketing purposes or anything else for that matter.
